Peanut Chutney

Ground Nuts : 1 cup
Green Chillies : 8 (depends on how spicy we want it to be)
Oil and Salt

For Tadka:

Oil - 2 tablespoons
Garlic Cloves 4
Mustard - 1/2 tablespoon
Jeera - 1/2 tablespoon
Red Chillies - 2
Curry Leaves
Hing

Roast the ground nuts and green chillies in two table spoons of oil.

Remove from heat once they are fried and let them cool. Add it to the mixer jar and grind it. Now add the salt as required and water. You can grind it to be very fine or leave it a little coarse for the texture.

(You can even add the roasted jeera, garlic and a bit of tamarind for more flavour. I would like it to be simple and so did not add them.)

Add oil to the tadka pan. When it is hot roast the garlic, add mustard, jeera, red chillies, hing, curry leaves and coriander leaves (optional). Leave it for a minute and add it to the ground chutney.
